The free community fridge at Nixta Taqueria is part of the ATX Free Fridge Project and is the most trafficked refrigerator in East Austin. Our neighbors and community members from all walks of life use this fridge on a daily basis.

There are many ways to contribute to the free fridge: dropping off food and/or daily essentials, keeping the fridge clean and organized, or monetary donations.
